Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a photography service?

No. We rent our studios to photographers or people who already have a photographer; we don't offer photography services.

 

Do you take passport/Visa/citizenship photos?

No, we don't offer photography services.

 

I don't have a photographer. Can you recommend one?

To avoid any conflict of interest with our customers, we do not recommend photographers. However, you can visit our Instagram page. We regularly share photos taken by photographers in our studios. You'll have a varied choice of professionals who are used to working in our studios.

 

Are you open 7 days a week?

Our studios can be rented every day of the week, from 8am to 8pm. However, our opening hours for reservations are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4:30pm. For weekend rentals, the reservation request must be completed and paid before Friday 3pm to give us time to configure your access.

 

If I have a problem with my rental, is there someone I can talk to?

Yes! You can always contact us during your rental, even if it's an evening or weekend rental. Just be sure to call from the phone number you entered on the reservation form. Otherwise, the call won't go through outside our regular business hours.

 

If I rent a studio, will I be alone on the premises?

If you're renting a single studio, it's possible that one of the other studios will be rented at the same time. If you want to make sure you're the only one there, and have the whole building to yourself, you might be interested in our promotion giving access to all three studios.

 

Is furniture included in the rental price?

Yes, you have access to several chairs, podiums, backdrops and accessories at no charge, no matter which studio you've rented. They're always on the premises, and you can use them as you see fit. A list of available furniture and accessories can be found at the bottom of our our "Studios" page.

 

Is it possible to create video content in your studios?

Absolutely! Although our spaces are designed for photography, it's also possible to create video content. If your project involves sound recording, we recommend Sundays and Mondays, as the restaurant next door is usually closed.

 

Do you require a security deposit?

No. We do not require a deposit for either studio rentals or equipment. However, payment must be made in full prior to rental. You can consult all our rates here.

 

Is parking free?

Yes, the studio has free parking.

 

What happens once I've completed the the reservation form?

We will contact you by e-mail or telephone to confirm the availability of the studio you require. To complete your reservation, we will send you payment instructions by e-mail.

Once payment has been received, a few days before your rental date, you will receive a unique PIN allowing you to enter the building and deactivate the alarm system on the day of your rental.
