Rental requests received before this date will be charged at the current rate.

Once the form has been completed, an agent will contact you within working hours and payment instructions will be emailed to you to pay the rental fee. The reservation will be completed once payment has been received.
Your rental time includes the time needed to set up and store the equipment.
All rentals imply full acceptance of the rules and conditions presented below.

The following equipment is available free of charge at any time during your rentals:

- 1 x bottom set
- 1 x 5-in-1 reflector
Rules and conditions
All rentals imply full acceptance of our rules and conditions.
- Your rental time includes the time required to set up and tidy up. Hourly rate of $60 for additional time, charged as soon as the reservation time is exceeded;
- The front and back doors of the studio must be locked at all times.
- Sharing the door unlock code is prohibited;
- A maximum of eight people are allowed per rental space;
- No outdoor shoes or boots allowed;
- The consumption of alcohol, drugs or cigarettes is prohibited;
- Food accepted in the studios only during culinary photography;
- The use of fire or smoking machines is prohibited at all times;
- When you leave, you must leave the space as you found it when you arrived: all used equipment must be replaced in the same place it was before. It is forbidden to stand on furniture not designed for this purpose, such as tables and sofas. You may be charged for cleaning or repairs. Any breakage of equipment will also be charged;
- Damaged paper backgrounds and/or Translum paper will be charged $5 per linear foot.
- Studio Photo Laval cannot be held responsible for breakage or theft of third party equipment on its premises and cannot be held responsible for injuries and/or incidents caused by misuse of the premises and/or equipment.
Date change policy:
- Change of date more than 72 hours in advance: no charge
- Change of date 24 to 72 hours before: 20% handling fee (non-refundable*)
- Date change less than 24 hours before: no date change possible
*Only one date shift is eligible and non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Refund policy:
- Full refund: more than 72 hours in advance
- 50% refund: 24 to 72 hours in advance
- No refund: less than 24h before
